Cholesterol lowering drugs

Statins; simvastatin. atorvastatin,fluvastatin,pravastatin,

Fibrates; bezafibrate or ciprofibrate.

People taking these drugs should have an annual cholesterol and liver blood test.

They also need to see a nurse or doctor at least once a year for a blood pressure check.
